DSR was founded and operates under a simple premise - “Do Good by Doing Good.” Our approach to remediation and redevelopment stems from this premise. DSR was formed as an entrepreneurial brownfield and landfill redevelopment business using a unique business model. We rely heavily on our in-depth experience with state and federal regulatory agencies and environmental know-how. Our team includes engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and real estate redevelopers all prepared to assist owners of distressed properties in cleanup and redevelopment of distressed assets.
Our executive team has over 125 years combined experience in Brownfield remediation and redevelopment including project management, owner’s representation, remedial design and oversight, remediation construction, and real estate redevelopment. Our team has worked on over 100 brownfield redevelopment sites throughout New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
